New for 2025 – Reading Rep’s Young Company is back! 

Are you passionate about theatre and looking to develop your skills while performing on a professional stage? Our Brand New Young Company is the perfect place for aspiring actors aged 16-25 to grow their craft, learn new techniques, and work on exciting performance projects alongside Reading Rep’s professional shows.

Each session is broken down into learning new performing arts skills and workshops in theatre styles as well as hands on experience creating professional projects. 

Whether you’re aiming to refine your technique or step into the world of professional theatre, the Young Company is the place to be. Book your spot today and be part of something special!

To become part of our Young Company you must audition via a self tape. You will need to prepare and film an introduction and a monologue or song.
