Reading Rep’s Young Company takes over the stage for a bold, energetic showcase celebrating the next generation of theatre-makers.
Inspired by the productions and performers they’ve encountered throughout the season, the company will bring together musical theatre, acting and iconic moments from stage and screen, with their individual skills, ideas and creative choices intertwined into a one-of-a-kind showcase created by them.
Drawing on a year of training – from Mountview Graded Exams and workshops with professional theatre practitioners to a range of creative projects – this is their chance to put everything they’ve learned into action.
Expect big performances, bold choices and plenty of surprises in a celebration of young talent – and everything they’ve achieved this year.
