Our new Young Company is the perfect opportunity for aspiring actors aged 16–25 to develop their craft, learn new techniques, and gain real experience performing on a professional stage alongside Reading Rep’s productions.
Each session combines skill-building workshops in acting and theatre styles with hands-on creative projects led by industry professionals. Whether you’re looking to refine your technique or begin your professional journey, this is your space to grow, collaborate, and shine. To join, simply audition via self-tape by submitting an introduction and a short monologue or song.
