Reading Rep run FREE community courses helping disadvantaged people of all ages and backgrounds to improve their confidence, communication and career prospects

Through our ENGAGE! programme we work with some of the most disadvantaged communities in Reading to inspire creativity, build confidence, and enhance imagination.

As theatre professionals, our staff share their trade secrets on teamwork, body language, presentation and speaking with confidence. In addition, an experienced employability lecturer supports jobseeking and provides information, advice and guidance.

We consult with each group and tailor course content and structure to their individual needs. We already work with a range of organisations in Reading, including Prospect Park Hospital, Purley Park Trust, Elizabeth Fry Approved Premises, and Pupil Referral Units. If you would like more information or think our courses could benefit your community, please contact us at christie@readingrep.com
